Local NewsSammy Tamir recently made the career switch to become an auctioneer. He said it was the best choice for a failing economy. "If that's where the industry is going -- unfortunately, out of business -- (then) somehow we have to take this opportunity and hopefully develop it into some sort of income for us as well," Tamir said. ·
