St Auction & Company *If you have any questions it is important to ask before the auction begins. *Auctions are very fast paced. You must follow where the auctioneer is and what lot or property/equipment they are on or you may bid and buy the wrong one. You are responsible for all your bids and will have to pay for the property/equipment once your are the highest bidder. *Bring your own Truck, Man Power, or Packing Supplies to move the Items, Property, Equipment and the like. Or be prepared to make arrangements and pay for an outside moving company to do it for you. *All items must be removed at the end of the auction sale day by the Buyer's at his Expense. Should buyer neglect to remove such items at the end of the auction day, the auction house will make immediate arrangement to move such items to a storage facility. Buyers will be responsible for all moving, handling and storing expenses. *Preview - This gives you the customers the opportunity to evaluate, and to see if there are any defects or imperfections, as most items are usually Sold As Is. While these defects or imperfections may be acceptable to a customer it can also affect how much they are willing to bid as they may need to have the item worked on. Please Arrive Early so that you will have sufficient time to see what’s up for auction and most importantly to inspect!!! *Registration - A $100 refunded Deposit must be made prior to the auction to allow you to bid. *Buyers Premium - (BP) 15% will be added to the hammer price. Payment Arrangements - You must pay for all items you buy at the end of the auction day, or when you are ready to leave. *Tax -There will be a 7% Tax applied to all purchases unless you have prior arrangements have been made. *Your Deposit will be deducted from the total price. *Types of Payments Accepted – Cash, Cashier's Checks, Visa, Master Card or Discover.
